Hi, My name is Sulabh and I am from Rajpura, Punjab currently working as an HR in Bangalore. Approximately a year ago, I all of a sudden gained 5kgs without any reason in particular and then after I got married I gained approximately 8kgs more without any possible explanation. I went to endocrinologist and dermatologist (because of excessive hair growth on my face), all they did was hand me some pills and ruled out PCOS as it did not show in ultrasound. According to them I was fine just needed to lose some weight.
I already knew that, however what I couldn’t figure out was why wasn’t I losing weight despite being active.

When I joined, I didn’t expect to know what all was going inside my body. My blood work showed all the things going wrong inside my body, which was simply ridiculed by doctors.

I eventually started losing weight but what I consider my biggest achievement is having control over my cravings. I really don’t think I feel ‘I can’t eat this coz I am on a diet’. I remember someone asking me ‘what does your dietician teach you, that google can’t and I answered balance.
