Health First Approach=Game Changer Results

I started with one goal in mind which was to loose inches before my engagement day and I am glad that I was able to do it without much pressure. One of the best things about Aman is that he is approachable, knowledgeable and checks in consistently to see how things are working out. He also does a fine job when it comes analysing the weekly data and asking the right questions to ensure that I don't go off track! Getting fitter everyday! #getfitwithak

When I joined, I didn't expect to know what all was going inside my body. My blood work showed all the things going wrong inside my body, which was simply ridiculed by doctors. I eventually started losing weight but what I consider my biggest achievement is having control over my cravings. I really don’t think I feel ‘I can’t eat this coz I am on a diet’. I remember someone asking me ‘what does your dietician teach you, that google can’t and I answered balance!

The best part of how Aman coaches you is, that he is in constant touch with you, guiding you through each step. The diet-plan he formulates is exclusively done per your preferences and schedules. You would never feel that you are on a strict diet and need a “Cheat Day”. It actually becomes a habit and a lifestyle that you would enjoy. So for anyone who is waiting to kick-start this journey, start it now. My recommendation would def be Aman!

One thing Aman helped me with was not just diet but he also changed my lifestyle as he included mindfulness and relaxation to my lifestyle which kept me going! Lastly, I always say this instead of investing in useless food items for 'diet' invest in a good nutritionist who will make sure that your health goals are being achieved without compromising your nutrition which Aman did. As I always told Aman too 'You didn't put me on a diet, you changed my lifestyle.

My weight became stagnant, I was eating the same diets since 10-12 years. I have almost 4-5 meals in a day. And MINDFUL MEALS. Aman you make diet easier, simple ghar ka khana no fancy products yet I ended up losing fat and inches, best bat ye hai ki people ask what are u doing how are u shredding and m like mai sb kha ri hu. People dont believe that though. But we know its true . Mai sb kha ri hu You are a genius AK!

![🚦Vagus Nerve is like the GT road of the nervous system . The vagus nerve (cranial nerve [CN] X) is the longest cranial nerve in the body.
🤔 The vagus nerve is responsible for the regulation of internal organ functions, such as digestion, heart rate, immune system and respiratory rate, as well as vasomotor (blood vessel) activity, and certain reflex actions, such as coughing, sneezing, swallowing, and vomiting.
😟 So a Vagus nerve dysfunction can influence all of it and cause any or all of the aforesaid symptoms.
🔥Managing the inflammatory system is one of the most important functions of the vagus .
the major inflammatory control system in the body.
🤯 A damaged or under-active vagus nerve (poor vagal tone) may often result in low stomach acid levels and low enzyme production. It will lead to a cascade of gut and other issues too (Look up my old posts on this).
🧠 Additionally, The enteric nervous system is the largest division of the autonomic nervous system and it is housed entirely within the walls of the G.I. tract. It can be impacted by the vagus nerve too.
“NO SYSTEM EVER WORKS ALONE. NEVER GETS INJURED ALONE. NEVER HEALS ALONE.”
🔄 ‘The parasympathetic is the regulator of the sympathetic’
💪Inflammation and stress are like brother and sister, one goes up the other goes up too. So your mental an/or physical stress is going to drive inflammation and vice versa.
🧠 Remember you cannot heal if your body is in a stressed and/or inflamed state.
For instance : Cortisol likes to break down protein. Gut is mostly made of protein (collagen). Large particles like proteins can overload the Lymphatic system when they escape through Gut permeability.
💆♂️ Improving vagal tone and functioning would help the body tap into the healing state, i.e., the parasympathetic state.
🧘♀️ It can be improved by simple drills like humming, chanting, breath-work, and meditation. In many cases, it may require some specific drills which are part of our Health Optimisation Program (H.O.P.E)!

🫡”Let me kill myself in the name of health “
Have you ever heard the saying “If you do what you love, you’ll love what you do”? I often share this idea with my clients.
🎬When people start a new fitness routine, they tend to make the mistake of filling their kitchen with “diet food” like kale, broccoli, bajra roti, oats and salads.
These foods are great if you enjoy them, but too often, people buy them because they feel like they should as they are popularly labelled as “healthy”
✅However, there are plenty of foods that will work just as well for healthy eating plans, so it’s important to choose things you actually like.
Eating healthy can be challenging, so why make it harder by forcing yourself to eat things you don’t enjoy?
🏃♀️The same goes for exercise - if you love lifting weights, you probably won’t enjoy a running program.
Start with an activity that suits and challenges you, and I promise it will be much more enjoyable.
🏁It’s not necessary to suffer for the sake of your health. Make it fun , enjoy the process, Play the long game.
Need help ?, My doors are always open.

Varun, 24, had been struggling with chronic constipation, a fear of food, and emotional stress for years. He had tried everything—churanas, different diets, and even working with other coaches—but nothing provided lasting relief. Each attempt left him frustrated and stuck in a cycle of discomfort and anxiety.
Every meal was a source of stress. Avoiding foods he feared might trigger symptoms, Varun’s diet became overly restrictive, harming his nutrition and social life. Constipation weighed him down, and years of unsuccessful attempts left him hopeless.
When Varun joined HOPE -
Health Optimization Program – Engineered for You, things changed. What made the program different? It started with truly understanding him—not just his symptoms.
We worked together to address the root causes of missing foundations , emotional regulation and right foods.
We surely focused on his emotional health. Stress and anxiety were major triggers for his digestive issues, so we incorporated acceptance, mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help him feel emotionally grounded and in control. This helped him take action.
With 1-1 personalized support, we monitored his progress, made adjustments as needed, and guided him every step of the way. In just six weeks, Varun’s constipation was gone, his relationship with food was transformed, and he finally feels at ease in his body.
Varun’s success highlights why it’s crucial to understand the person, not just the symptoms. Health isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about sustainable, personalized solutions tailored to the individual.
If you’re facing similar challenges, don’t wait any longer.
A Healthy GUT = Healthy YOU
Drop the word “FIXGUT”, and I’ll share how this program can help you achieve life-changing results in just six weeks. Your journey to health starts now.

⬇️Which smart watch is most accurate?
Another study looked at how accurate popular smartwatches—like the Microsoft Band, Fitbit Surge HR, TomTom Cardio Watch, and Apple Watch—are at tracking how many calories you burn when resting and exercising. To test this, they compared the smartwatches’ calorie estimates to a very accurate scientific method called indirect calorimetry, which measures actual energy expenditure.
😕 Inconsistent Results: The smartwatches were not very reliable in estimating calorie burn. For example, while resting (just sitting or lying down), the calorie counts varied widely between the devices. Some watches might say you’ve burned 50 calories at rest, while the real number could be 70. This level of inaccuracy makes the readings less useful if you’re trying to track your calorie burn closely.
🏋️ Exercise : During light and vigorous exercise, the watches became a bit more accurate, but even then, they still had large errors. For instance, during vigorous activity, the Microsoft Band showed an error rate of 35%.
🚶 Moderate Exercise Errors: Even moderate activities, like brisk walking, weren’t well measured by most devices. In some cases, smartwatches overestimated calorie burn significantly.
👍 Best Performance: The Microsoft Band and Apple Watch were generally the most accurate, but even they had errors of about 35-40%.
💡 While smartwatches give a rough idea of calorie burn, they are far from perfect, especially at rest or during moderate exercise. They’re a bit more accurate with vigorous activities but still miss the mark.
For example, one smartwatch might show that you burned 300 calories during a 30-minute walk, when the actual burn is only 200 calories.
🔥 If you want to lose fat in 3-6 months without relying on fancy trackers, I have a simple, proven plan that gets results. Drop the word “HEALTH” in a message, and I’ll share the info with you!
